However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we are happy to provide a refund or replacement as per the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Products not in their original condition or missing parts.

3. Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
